According to our PTA by-laws, the executive board must meet once a month. The general membership must meet three times per school year.  The first general meeting is when the budget is approved and usually held before the end of October.  The second meeting is held in January or February and the nominating team is approved.  The third general meeting is held in April or May and the new board is elected.
